Welcome to the website of the Jinenkan Kounryusui Dojo. We train Jissen Kobudo, old & authentic japanese warrior schools, as taught by Manaka Unsui Sensei (Kancho of the Jinenkan-federation).
The head-instructor of our dojo is Mario De Mol, Jinenkan Dojo Cho (rokudan). Most of our classes take place in Ghent (Belgium). Besides these local classes Mario travels abroad very often, be it to lead seminars himself, or be it to learn intense personal instruction from Manaka Sensei.

Sustain your presence of mind ... Wrath and impatience cloud your vision, and deprive you of your natural movement.
Avoid overconfidence in yourself ... You will be unable to adapt properly to circumstances.
Accept the whole universe without protest ... In this way, you will not fall into the opponent's strategies.
Have no stagnation in your technique ... In this way, you will not be taken advantage of by the opponent.
Bring out the "flavour" of the technique ... At such times, you will be able to move at your best.
Practice proper basics repeatedly and you will be able to always have natural movement.
